International Shipping/Ordering Information
To keep the shipping costs affordable for International Orders, we don't provide a automated shipping process on our website.
This enables us to give our International Customers the best price for shipping. We have found that using our current process listed below and shipping via U.S. Postal Services is the most cost effective for our International Orders.
We are currently working to get this automated on our website and still get the same price for your shipping using the process listed below.
Process to place an International Order:
1. Send an email at mypillows4me@yahoo.com with the following information:
2. We will reply back with a quote for the total amount of your order including products listed and shipping.
3. Once you are ready to complete the order for the quote we sent you, please reply back to let us know you are ready to purchase your order and you accept the quote.
4. We will email you a money request to your email address for the purchase via our PayPal account. The email will provide a PayPal link. At this time you can still cancel the order.
Please contact PayPal if you have any questions on how money request works.
PayPal will give you two options for purchase: (1) paying with a credit card without creating a PayPal account; (2) paying through PayPal by creating a PayPal account.

5. Once we receive the funds for the purchase in our PayPal account we will start processing your order. We will notify you via email when your order is completed and shipped. We will also provide a tracking number to track your package.
NOTE: Sorry for the inconvenience in using this process, but if we provided automated International Shipping via UPS through our website, the shipping cost would be twice the cost of what we can get you using our current process.
